Members of the Board of Aldermen
Members are elected to serve two-year terms. The Board consists of four members, two from the North Ward and two from the South Ward.
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Citizen of the United States
- An inhabitant and resident of the City for one year preceding his/her election
- A resident of the ward from which he/she is elected
- Must be a register voter
- Shall not be in arrears for any unpaid city taxes, or forfeitures, or defalcation in office
