Building Permit

Applications for Building Permits must be submitted to the City for review by the Building Inspector prior to commencing any construction or alteration of any building or structure. 

Fees are as follows (non-commercial/commercial):

• roof, deck, porch construction or replacement - $10/$20 
• all other construction - $0.028 sq. ft./$0.056 sq. ft. 
• minimum permit fee - $10/$20
